Thermal Oil Boiler installation on the PT-22 Babcock

The PT-22 is a 15,000,00 capacity BBL Bunker Barge owned by Aegean Bunkering (Greece)LTD.

This project needed to be completed in a timely manner in order for the vessel owners to utilize the barge and continue with deliveries of fuel to vessels in the Port of Vancouver.

The project specifications called for the pressure testing of the existing cargo tank coils, fabricate and install seatings for the new boiler and feed pump as required, fabrication and installation of piping systems, electrical system installation, testing and pipe insulation installation as required. Job completed and signed off by Transport Canada.
